"That moment, after you tried time and again to deliver what you think your customers need the most, and you enter the office, look at the dashboard, and suddenly realize that something "ticked" in engagement."
⭐️ Personal North Star Metric for Product Impact
"The 'strict' metric usually ends in measuring the engagement of some sort, because this is the best direct way to measure the value that the product provides, but for me a question that is just as important, even though a bit 'softer' is: 'Does it impact the outcome?'. Often it helps us focus and drive great discussions."
⭐️ Secret Weapon for Product Management Knowledge
"Unfortunately, no secret weapons here. The usual podcasts (mostly in Hebrew) and newsletters (first and foremost Marty Cagan, but also the great Noa Ganot!). And just as important, picking other great and experienced Product Leaders brains."
